By compiling our customers’ personal energy data in a nicely laid-out PDF report, we have developed the Mestro PM service. In addition to the aesthetically pleasing design, the report is also easy to use. As a user, it is up to you whether you wish to receive the report every year, quarter or month. So convenient! Once the report is in your hands, you can easily distribute it to colleagues, friends and family. Such treasure should not just be hidden, right? “Our aim is for the PM to be a short, effective summary that can just be posted on the coffee table or taken to a board meeting. The basic idea is that it will give our clients a clear overall picture of their energy use, which in turn can result in more efficient sustainability work,” says Anton.
There are three types of reports that can be extracted from Mesto PM: the Management Report, the Single Report and the Tenant Report. The reports are directed at different target groups and offer a detailed reporting of the energy data for each group. For example, the Unit Report offers information regarding individual properties, while the Tenant Report is for the tenants of the property. If instead you wish to compare and review an overview of a property portfolio, the Management Report is the most suitable. So quite simply, it’s just pick & choose!
“These reports offer a really nice solution for those clients who are eager to disseminate their energy data within their context and to those who do not spend all their waking hours on Mestro Portal,” says Anton.
Although Mestro PM is a new service, we have worked a lot with recycling, as the concept it is based on is itself recycled. A bit like when you cut the legs off a pair of worn jeans and suddenly have a nice pair of shorts in front of you. We have been offering PDF reports for a long time, but recently we decided to turn the old reports into something new, fresh-looking and more useful. And now here we are, a few months later, with PM in front of us. Cool, right? The road has been littered with challenges, but it is not yet over as we are continuing to develop new features for the reports that not only meet our needs, but also your needs as a Mestro client.
