The framework agreement is of strategic importance to Mestro, as it opens the way for a geographical expansion into Europe’s largest real estate markets, such as Germany and the UK. The framework agreement will become effective immediately and Mestro plans a dialogue with several of Heimstaden’s other national organisations shortly. Heimstaden has properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Iceland, Poland, the UK, the Czech Republic and Germany. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The framework agreement devised between Heimstaden’s management company and Mestro establishes an overall framework for pricing, supply and delivery between the companies. This comes after three of Heimstaden’s national organisations \u2013 Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands \u2013 have already chosen to become customers of Mestro. This has led to the rest of the Group now following suit with Mestro as the preferred choice. The purpose is to make energy monitoring clear and simple for all Heimstaden’s national organisations with the use of Mestro’s product suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company considers it difficult at present to estimate a total contract value for the seven new markets, as these are completely new countries and new conditions for Mestro. Significant Individual suborders from the framework agreement will be published on an ongoing basis. The total annual subscription revenue for Heimstaden’s three existing national organisations that currently use Mestro amounts to approximately 800 KSEK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mestro’s energy monitoring products help Heimstaden to optimise its properties’ energy use, by identifying base loads and power peaks, among other things. This is an important part of the Group’s sustainability efforts to reduce its carbon dioxide emissions and its energy purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historically, Mestro together with clients such as Balder and Niam have been able to establish themselves in new markets. The new framework agreement also makes a similar journey possible for Mestro together with Heimstaden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
