The Danish company, Keystone, primarily manages residential properties in several of Denmark’s major cities for renowned companies within the Danish real estate business, such as CapMan, Europa Capital and LaSalle Investment Management. Now they choose to bring in Mestro’s products, in order to get overall energy monitoring for their entire portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We now welcome Keystone and look forward to growing together with them in the Danish market,” <\/em>says Gustav Stenbeck, CEO of Mestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keystone’s ambition is to use Mestro’s products to monitor energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the properties they manage. In addition, the monitoring will form the basis for reporting to their clients, many of which are investment companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The agreement with Keystone entails an annual subscription revenue of approximately 210 KSEK. The implementation of Mestro’s products in Keystone’s properties starts immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n About Keystone<\/strong> Mestro AB has signed an agreement with Keystone Investment Management A\/S for the delivery of the company’s energy monitoring product suite. Keystone will be the third customer the company signs in Denmark in 2022, and Mestro’s presence in the Danish market is growing.
