Pandox has chosen to complement its existing sustainability system with Mestro’s platform for energy monitoring to be able to analyze and visualize its energy and water data in a more efficient, flexible and secure way. The ambition is to automate this process to reduce errors in input caused by the human factor by taking in the data directly from energy suppliers and the ability to connect to submeters directly in the system. Something that is important in support of their ambitious sustainability goals to reach their Science Based Targets, which have been submitted and are expected to be approved shortly. This is because their results must be able to be followed at a detailed level per property.

The agreement includes four phases, where Mestro’s products and services will be implemented gradually. The first phase begins immediately and applies to the Nordic countries Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This will be followed by three additional phases for implementation in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Ireland. Pandox also has properties in Switzerland and Canada that are not included in this agreement, but the ambition is to be able to offer Mestro’s services in these markets in the future.
