The Danish company, Keystone, primarily manages residential properties in several of Denmark’s major cities for renowned companies within the Danish real estate business, such as CapMan, Europa Capital and LaSalle Investment Management. Now they choose to bring in Mestro’s products, in order to get overall energy monitoring for their entire portfolio.

“Property owners have long been a clear target group for Mestro, but we now see that more and more property managers see the value in monitoring the properties they manage for others. We now welcome Keystone and look forward to growing together with them in the Danish market,” says Gustav Stenbeck, CEO of Mestro.

Keystone’s ambition is to use Mestro’s products to monitor energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the properties they manage. In addition, the monitoring will form the basis for reporting to their clients, many of which are investment companies.

The agreement with Keystone entails an annual subscription revenue of approximately 210 KSEK. The implementation of Mestro’s products in Keystone’s properties starts immediately.
