Mestro AB has signed a framework agreement with CapMan Real Estate Oy for the delivery of the company’s energy monitoring product suite. In connection with the signing of the framework agreement, Mestro’s products are implemented in Capman’s properties in the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets. The annual subscription revenues in these countries are estimated at approximately 300 KSEK.

Mestro AB has signed an agreement with Keystone Investment Management A/S for the delivery of the company’s energy monitoring product suite. Keystone will be the third customer the company signs in Denmark in 2022, and Mestro’s presence in the Danish market is growing. The contract value is estimated to be approximately 310 KSEK, of which a subscription revenue of 210 KSEK per year.

Mestro AB has signed an agreement with Prologis Sweden Management AB for the delivery of Mestro’s energy monitoring product suite. Prologis Sweden intends to use the company’s services to monitor energy use in its Swedish logistics properties and to report to the parent company, one of the world’s largest real estate companies. The contract value is estimated to be approximately 270 KSEK, of which a subscription revenue of 230 KSEK per year.

Mestro AB has signed a framework agreement with Heimstaden AB to supply Mestro’s products in energy monitoring. The purpose of the framework agreement is to simplify the delivery of Mestro’s product suite to all of the group’s markets. Mestro’s services are currently used in three of Heimstaden’s ten national organisations, which in total own approximately 150,000 apartments.

On 15th December, shares in Mestro were listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The long-awaited moment was of course celebrated with traditional bell ringing above the rooftops of Stockholm. Here we tell you more about what it means – for you and for us!
